The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and whether 222game has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
The Platform is provided "as available." 222game does not warrant that the Platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times, though we commit to maintaining a 99.9% target uptime and to restoring service as quickly as possible following any unplanned interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. Where applicable law prohibits any exclusion contained in this section, such exclusion shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with that law.

During a suspension period, your 222game balance will be preserved but will not be accessible for wagering or withdrawal until the investigation or restriction basis is resolved.
